Placing an order through this site sends a message to MaxTech via WhatsApp — it is an enquiry and order request, not an automatic confirmed sale. All orders are subject to our confirmation of price, availability, and production timelines, communicated to you directly.
3. Pricing
Prices shown on the website (e.g. "From KSh...") are starting estimates and may vary based on final specifications, quantity, materials, and design complexity. We will confirm final pricing with you before production begins.
4. Payment
This website does not process online payments. Payment terms and method are agreed directly with our team once your order is confirmed.
5. Artwork & Customer-Supplied Content
If you upload artwork or a design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights. We are not responsible for reviewing the legality of customer-supplied content, and reserve the right to decline orders containing unlawful or infringing material.
6. Delivery & Pickup
We offer both delivery and in-person pickup. Availability, timelines, and any delivery costs will be confirmed with you directly for your specific order and location. See our Shipping Info page for more detail.
7. Reprints & Corrections
Because most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we handle reprint and correction requests on a case-by-case basis. If there is an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
